講到紅磡有邊間日式餐廳好食,必定大家都會講歷史最悠久嘅德美壽司,呢間餐廳真係我由小朋友開始已經有食過,所以好有童年回憶,最鍾意呢度嘅裝飾有好多木製品,感覺係懷舊日本風,當然飾物亦都好好味啦!!食左咁多年,我已經好清楚自己鍾意食咩,首先一定係佢哋嘅卷嚟,一坐低就即刻叫咗兩樣,就係煎鵝肝帶子卷同帶子天婦羅卷。煎鵝肝好Creamy,加埋帶子好新鮮,一啖咁食落去,口感真係好夾!鍾意帶子嘅,我梗係會叫埋帶子天婦羅卷啦,外面卜卜脆脆,一啖一個,勁好食。熱食我就要咗好啱冬天食嘅野菜牛肉鍋,食完暖笠笠,牛肉亦都唔會,蔬菜亦都好多種類,感覺好健康。另外都要埋個鰻魚炒飯,炒得好入味,入面亦都唔少鰻魚,完全唔會覺得油膩。
