呢間其實已經食過幾次,每次都好味,今次lunch menu 轉咗,主食其實差唔多,最大轉變係加$48可以任飲啤酒,胃清油,果汁,汽水等等,1)頭盤有日式水菜沙律- 新鮮菜加埋個炸蓮藕片,多種脆脆口感,無咁齋2)日山和牛他他配脆炸海苔- 第一次食牛肉他他配炸海苔,配搭幾好,牛肉他他加埋個汁味道好好3)蟹肉麵豉湯- 味道ok,有少少差d見唔到嘅蟹肉碎😆4)飯係有黑白芝麻加埋蔥碎,好香好味5)厚切和牛牛舌- 唔算好厚,質地幾好,加檸檬同鹽最夾店員細心講解點燒,每款燒一片後,可以自己燒,唔使食得咁急,之前weekdays食所有都係店員燒晒嘅,佢係不停燒6)特級澳洲和牛西冷120g - 牛肉味相對較重,較有咬口,配蔥碎就幾夾7)日山A5黑毛和牛 120g - 頸脊位,油脂分佈幾好,話可以生食,所以唔使燒太熟都得,我燒熟晒都肉質軟嫩,食落唔會成口油,佢嘅肉係醃過,其實唔使點嘢都好夠味8)甜品有豆腐慕絲拼綠茶蕨餅,同鮮果芝士雪芭,綠茶蕨餅綠茶味好濃,豆腐慕絲都不錯
