To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚到創發食飯,叫了三餸一湯,全部都好咸炸蝦 : 不是即叫即炸,只是微暖。都算勉强ok煎蠔烙 : 似用油勁炸,個樣黑黑灰灰,只有極細蠔仔加粉,全無加蛋,入口極油唔香椒鹽九肚魚 : 用大件九肚魚做,口感幾好,可惜太咸胡椒豬肚湯 : 很多料,幾抵食,可惜又太咸我都知叫錯菜,全部煎炸很油。食到尾又油又咸,要拿拿聲埋單出去食番碗綠豆涼粉和番下
