今日天氣好,兩個人坐喺餐廳裏面嘆午餐,環境好開陽,旁邊游泳池,仲有啲風,真係幾嘆,地方環境贏晒。先來個熱辣辣嘅麵包,夠鬆軟,橄欖油質素都高。之後share左一打Black Pearl 生蠔,隻隻大細差唔多,有輕微嘅海水味,有口感,好新鮮。Main course點左snapper和barramundi,做法都係blackened,魚煮得剛剛好,好Juicy,皮脆,分量OK,Blackened應該係比較spicy,但係完全感受唔到,仲比較鹹,食完之後兩個鐘好口乾。焗薯就冇乜特別,不過薯條炸得好靚,應該起碼炸咗兩次,truffle butter味淡,伴菜就幾豐富,尤其是粟米嘅質素幾好,唔似普通罐頭貨色。服務就開頭都OK,Menu介紹得好詳細,仲講解每種生蠔嘅特性,之後就冇乜特別,淨係買單嘅時候問咗一句「好唔好食啊?」⋯⋯整體幾滿意,但係當然一分錢一分貨啦⋯⋯
