Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚補返慶爸爸節,一家去左青山灣食海鮮,同樣先去左三聖既海鮮檔-上記買靚海鮮。之後海鮮檔既人會好好幫我地拎埋去酒家揀青山灣既原因係想老人家可以坐得舒舒服服,樓下熟食檔既餐廳選擇係多,但大多數都坐得迫迫地。咁坐好就order點煮,就食下小食等主菜,小食係蝦子花生,好唔錯,脆脆地幾香口,食多又唔會覺熱氣。可能太多客人既海鮮被掉包既事發生。等等下,伙記就拎左我地買既蟹出黎同我地講「你知道你嘅蟹有大有細?」,我地第一下反應係嚇一嚇,咩事呢😂之後立即話知呀,因為我地分別買左一隻膏蟹兩隻奄仔,大細當然好明顯,之後又覺得呢間酒家都好均真,講清講楚先👍🏻之後就陸續上菜,海鮮係外面買,本身好新鮮,所以就唔多評,重點落返煮果part。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子-比足蒜蓉,蒸既時間啱啱好,唔會過左時間,而且個豉油汁無淋落隻蟶子度,可以自己決定要幾多汁,避免過咸。上湯焗本地龍蝦炸米粉餅底-第一次唔係配伊面,都幾有新意,鍾意米粉定伊面就好主觀啦,龍蝦開邊,啖啖肉,上湯就略嫌太芡汁,一般。油鹽水煮蜆-呢個個味道好食,有啲胡椒味,又有粉絲食,而且清清地,我like~鹽焗高蟹/奄仔蟹-就係佢地有大有細,正常發揮,焗完就一開二,d
