To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好坐又坐得耐嘅經典沙嗲王

好耐冇食過沙嗲王，幾個月前油麻地沙嗲王啱啱裝修左，所以成個環境都好坐同新淨，如果唔滿座，都可以坐好耐。星期日兩點幾去到都唔洗等位，由於係假期，所以都冇下午茶餐，只係得午餐。1.白咖喱豬扒飯呢個係沙嗲王嘅經典，由細細個食到而家，個味道都冇乜點變，咖喱汁都係好夠，而且香茅豬扒都好易入口，成個份量都好大份。2.蟹粉豆腐鍋飯豆腐都夠滑，因為係用石鍋上，所以都好夠熱，不過蟹粉就唔夠多，味道可以再重返少少3.脆蝦棒呢個又係沙嗲王嘅經典小食，對比起以前，佢嘅餡料係冇咁多，不過外皮都係脆，上咗菜就要趁熱食4.荔枝紅茶配寒天波波我哋兩個午餐set 都加咗3蚊要呢杯嘢飲，整體來講，我哋叫咗少甜，佢都係偏甜，同埋啲寒天波波有啲黐埋一舊🫣仲有嘢飲上得比較慢，我哋食晒飯先到。

呢個係沙嗲王嘅經典，由細細個食到而家，個味道都冇乜點變，咖喱汁都係好夠，而且香茅豬扒都好易入口，成個份量都好大份。
