今日嚟到呢間叫真味鮮廚嘅茶樓同屋企人飲茶,其實呢度已經變咗做家庭聚會嘅落腳點,前身係海港但唔知點解而家轉左名,d野亦唔同左d...好壞參半福建炒飯!呢個福建炒飯真係夠晒多料!入面有冬菇,瑤柱粒,蘿蔔,西芹同埋鮮蝦,個飯炒底陪感香口,而且飯粒分明同埋夠乾身,到埋落個獻一齊食唔會太濕身👍🏻充斥着香濃嘅鮮冬菇味,不過瑤柱粒醉上會更好,同埋個人唔鍾意食西芹,少咗啲西芹就Perfect喇!豉汁蒸鳳爪呢個就比較麻麻哋,鳳爪唔會係新鮮就係人都知,不過呢個就比較重”雪藏味”,同埋可能整得唔夠耐啲肉好難脫骨,個豉汁就做得幾好嘅,唔會太咸亦唔會太稀唔會太杰剛剛好!燒雞啊!呢隻燒雞冇得頂,做到皮脆肉嫩,而且雞皮好薄,咬落好Crispy!最鍾意食香口野😝啲肉滑脫脫而且仲保留到雞汁一啲都唔乾身啵,同埋呢隻雞肥瘦適中,唔會食到成口都係雞油,燒雞配福建炒飯,正啊!呢個鳳爪排骨飯叫咗成粒鐘先來,飯粒比較硬同乾,排骨就真係好多骨,唔係骨就係肥膏,嗰隻鳳爪就得半隻,其實你俾一隻我都唔會好蝕本姐😅所以呢個不予置評,味道一般。鹹水角一份四粒,即叫即炸脆卜卜,外皮脆內皮煙韌,不過個餡就臭臭地,好似變壞左嘅肉咁,佢以前整得好好食

炸兩係飲茶必點嘅,我哋腸粉好滑,不過油炸鬼就炸得太乾身好硬,破壞左成個口感,硬到戒捐咗個口😕
叉燒包好好食,包皮好香米酒味又夠軟熟,但係叉燒切得比較細粒,口感差啲,不過味道適中,其他茶樓嘅叉燒包勁多叉燒醬,佢就啱啱好唔會擺入口就成pat野醬住把口咁。
黑椒牛仔骨,都係肥膏比較多,雖然屬於骨位但係啲肉都好韌好難咬開,黑椒味好濃,衰在肥膏多完全唔想食。
