To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 麥當奴同大家樂呢兩間連鎖快餐店都已經開始引入自助點餐機，以猴子膚淺嘅認識，大快活好似仲未有（如果有錯請指正），至少今次介紹嘅呢間大快活仲未有。唔單止冇自助點餐機，就連LED顯示屏都冇一塊，仲係用緊傳統嘅紙牌，每次轉餐牌都係用人手。雖然係咁，呢間大快活依然人頭湧湧，早餐時段想搵個位都難。好明顯，「有冇新設備」同「好唔好生意」唔一定掛勾。今朝食咗個雪菜肉絲脆皮腸米粉，雖然客人多，不過員工嘅效率亦係超高，由買飛到攞到個餐喺手都只係大約5分鐘。啲米粉煮得透，唔會「硬掘掘」。脆皮腸雖然唔係真係好脆，不過都煮到啱啱好，唔會太腍或者唔夠熱。至於雪菜肉絲都係一般罐頭貨色，大家都應該知係乜嘢味。

今朝食咗個雪菜肉絲脆皮腸米粉，雖然客人多，不過員工嘅效率亦係超高，由買飛到攞到個餐喺手都只係大約5分鐘。啲米粉煮得透，唔會「硬掘掘」。脆皮腸雖然唔係真係好脆，不過都煮到啱啱好，唔會太腍或者唔夠熱。至於雪菜肉絲都係一般罐頭貨色，大家都應該知係乜嘢味。

Other Info. : 不得不再讚吓呢間大快活嘅員工，佢哋嘅效率超高，尤其係收銀員，落單嘅客人嗰張飛都未印出嚟，佢已經問定後面下一個客要乜。雖然睇起上嚟冇乜禮貌，但要應付咁大量嘅客人，唔係咁做就好難搞。
