To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於D樣嗰樣嘅關係好耐冇寫食評啦(冇人care囉唔該😂)好!即刻入正題!本身想去嘅舖頭早咗關門,誤打誤撞黎咗apm,即刻諗起好耐冇食嘅一杯!咁啱開市前第二pair客到,平時walk-in十成九點五都等死人,今次唔洗等即刻有bar枱坐😍(個人超鍾意bar枱位~"高人一等"又可以睇住師傅整野食~所以完全唔明點解有人一兩個人都死等table🤷🏻anyway個人喜好啦)待應一如以往禮貌得黎唔拘謹,仲有算係幾正嘅日文,正😁ps.另外叫咗個chef's platter但張相唔見咗😕但同sashimi一樣全部新鮮鮮甜🤤仲唔洗諗揀乜,啱哂我哋DD有選擇恐懼症嘅懶人😂
