To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺尖沙咀金馬倫道16號金馬大廈1樓有間餐廳叫「小魚兒」，真係值得推介俾大家🤩！呢度嘅裝修以霓虹為主，好有氣氛，感覺好時尚😍。餐廳主要係做川菜，有烤魚、麻辣香鍋，同埋客飯套餐等選擇，非常多樣化😚。講到烤魚，呢度嘅烤魚真係好正，肉身厚實，口味款式多，而且配料都好豐富，真係做到麻辣鮮香，令人一試難忘😌。我特別推介佢哋嘅老壇酸菜豆花配江團魚，酸菜嘅味道同江團魚嘅鮮甜完美結合，味道非常特別。另外，佢哋嘅重慶雞煲（半隻）都唔錯，雞肉嫩滑，而且香辣味道剛剛好，食完真係好滿足🫨。呢度好適合情侶約會☺️朋友聚餐🥳，餐廳地點近地鐵站，非常方便。烤魚仲有唔同配菜，適合鍾意試唔同味道嘅朋友。總之，「小魚兒」真係一個唔錯嘅選擇，大家一定要試下！
