To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多嘢食！對小朋友都好友善

前菜好多，沙津新鮮，芝士有 4-5種壽司/ 刺身反而最失色，選擇少，都新鮮但味道麻麻， 壽司舊飯好難食！！海鮮有龍蝦、蝦、長腳蟹、硯、青口，但無蠔，因為我唔食蠔所以對我無影響，龍蝦好多膏，蝦無驚喜熱食，選擇唔係特別多，但款式比較少見！味道適中，唔會太咸，連小朋友都食得，有牛/羊扒㨂，仲有點心！最後係最出色嘅甜品，種類繁多，而且每一種都好好味！！！飽到嘔都想ENCORE職員好友善，對小朋友好NICE，會適當哋撩佢哋傾計但又唔會騷擾到客人 如果遇著好天氣，坐窗邊，望住個海應該更寫意！
