To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽講元朗呢間牛肉麵好出名,特登入嚟食,去到中午12點左右,唔洗排隊,入去坐低就叫咗個紅燒牛肉麵。好期待等左5分鐘個麵就黎到,好多牛肉,都係牛展嚟,有三大條!以呢個價錢來講,真係好抵食,牛肉好林好好味,湯底濃郁,少少辣,加12有珍珠奶茶。佢個麵嘅質地有咬口,好啱我口味,喺出邊食唔到不過我食到一半開始覺得好滯,因為湯底太油膩,但係又唔想浪費就夾硬食埋果一半,結果食完我一個星期都淨係想食素但係係好味嘅,我食唔慣咁油啫
