To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨日無意中來左呢度食晏, 因喉嚨痛，唔可以食辣，只係叫左雞肉米線加酸菜，媽子要左魚旦米線加酸菜。一來到就覺得：嘩，好大碗呀!!!D雞肉係白色的，感覺有點怪，D酸菜好好味，可能我鍾意食酸野，個湯都OK 0既，唔太濃和鮮，清清地，0岩不在狀態的我。至於D魚旦我就覺得一般咋。見到對面搭的一家人食土匪雞翼，仲要打包一客走，又見差唔多都有叫，真可恨今日唔食得...唔緊要，山水有相逢，下次我一定會再來食0既，嘿嘿

D雞肉係白色的，感覺有點怪，D酸菜好好味，可能我鍾意食酸野，個湯都OK 0既，唔太濃和鮮，清清地，0岩不在狀態的我。至於D魚旦我就覺得一般咋。

見到對面搭的一家人食土匪雞翼，仲要打包一客走，又見差唔多都有叫，真可恨今日唔食得...
