To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好失望。。。

以我一個成日食譚仔既人尼講，今次真係好失望。今日3點半約左朋友黎尼間譚仔食個下午茶，個時已經唔係繁忙時間，成個場未坐滿既，仲有好多吉位，但啲姐姐好似發緊夢咁，我個朋友落單時叫牛肉米線，佢打左牛丸，叫左走芽菜，但最後一條都冇走到，焗住唔好哂都係食埋佢。我叫魚片頭魚蛋麻辣大辣米線全走，雖然張單都有打全走，但最後上菜個陣一啲都冇走到。雖然阿姐有話可以幫我挑走佢，但廢時麻煩就算啦。總之，對尼間胃好失望啦!
