石板燒牛一直都好想嘗試,新開無耐又咁近,佢開響始創附近,好方便。磊犇有一部分係自助式餐廳,先購買後入座,,佢分三個級別,西冷最高級,有一百三百克及四百克選,V仔眼大大咁就選左三百,心諗,有好牛扒食,店員都話西冷係嫩口肉。點知中伏了。係中得好應。一嚟到就知,三百克有三份之一係筋膜位,,我都安慰自己,高級野筋位會淋嘅,點知,唉,砌極都砌唔開,有一半是筋膜位成個牛扒得一百克左右可以砌得開,跟本唔值百七蚊,再試埋一口係好普通嘅牛肉唔係好高口,只是花園餐廳嘅一百左右質素嘅牛。之後V仔忍唔住,同店員講。佢都好好咁換左二克比我,但已好失望,間店是求咁博下啲客人會唔會叫人換嘅心態,好唔要得。博客人唔識怕出聲,好唔要得,一次都唔會再去。
