To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次寫食評,估唔到係因為太失望所以寫。。。平時食完只會同朋友講每間餐廳好唔好 之前一直想試但係英國,今日一試果然唔可以太高期望。醉雞好味,好入味放入口有好濃郁酒味但食落都唔錯可能係今餐最好味既熏魚都可以推介,入味而且嫩炸小黃魚炸魚咁,無特色火腿津白嘩,咸,得個咸,津白都嫩既脆鱔脆而且醬汁均勻,但好咸咸肉菜飯咩事? 點解無咸肉味?叫菜飯算啦!仲要催左勁耐好啦,其實好普通但我會俾到劣評一定有原因。。。蟹粉炒年糕全晚最清淡,真係估佢唔到$380 嘩無蟹味又多菜,我以為我叫錯。早知我返滬江食算啦Ps咩都咁咸唔緊要,有菜飯都ok不過可惜個菜飯我地催左廿萬次先黎,黎到其他野都凍曬。。。真係勁抵賺!好啦,我食完啦,睇我幾無心食呢餐(可一一路食一路打😪😪😪😪)

Other Info. : 之後問翻其他朋友,話最近差左好多, 反而尖沙咀仲五錯 。。。唯有下次試下個間比多次機會 :( ...但慶祝爸爸生日,仲食得唔開心真係唉。。。。。
