To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話一冰廳既忌廉湯通粉好正，所以特登帶我黎試。我都幾中意飲忌廉湯既，而且我呢個朋友話好食既野，通常都係好好食既！所以我抱住勁大期望過黎食！！！但最後食到覺得個忌廉好鬼淡味，好似水咁浠，朋友試完都話以前既忌廉濃味d無咁浠既。可能個日星期六多人食又唔夠料掛，我都唔知啊。不過我朋友睇一睇個廚房，話佢之前食既時候個廚都係男人，今日換左係女人廚，可能咁岩換左個廚所以味道唔同啦～但係我只係知，我抱住極大希望食呢間餐廳，最後竟換來極大失望。就算之後換番以前個男廚，我都唔會想再黎食！
