To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為要去香港大學附近，朋友帶咗我去呢一間周記點心，佢係位於西環水街，聽佢個名我以為佢淨係食點心點知原來佢有其他小食係更加出名，例如奶黃流心西多士，紫薯流心西多士，蝦多士。今日同朋友點左幾款點心同埋蝦多士，點心做得好精緻亦都好出色，蝦多士係本人食過覺得比較好食嘅蝦多士，芝麻外層及爽脆嘅蝦滑，即使係將佢煎炸過嗰陣蝦味都冇流失。覺得佢嘅蝦係好爽脆彈牙。但係佢嘅環境就比較細，座位亦都比較狹窄，除咗環境方面我都好滿意佢嘅食物
