To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺銅鑼灣想揾粉麵食，就去左新記。除左我自己覺得，都好多朋友覺得好味，佢地話辣豬紅係必叫嘅。去到新記，我叫左個4餸+粉絲+雪梨茶。4餸有： 豬紅、大腸、齋、雞翼。當我食第一啖，有驚喜！冇諗到腩汁同鹵水汁個味咁夾，辣豬紅變到甜甜地，好有趣。咁多樣野，有一樣野係美中不足，就係雞翼太熟；BTW總結係，呢個價錢，有水準嘅車仔麵，係值嘅！
