🇭🇰La Paloma·Premium Menu Chef’s Selection $688pp呢間我好耐之前食過一次㗎啦 今次比我印象中更加好食😍😍而且佢呢個menu超豐富 可以一次過試佢好多野食 開心🥳·60-month Iberico Ham Platter l The Real Tomato Bread l Ham Croquettes佢個60個月既ham係真係即刻片 勁正 而且佢食落真係勁鹹香 正🐷之後佢呢度個蕃茄麵包係用咗傳統嘅做法 要先用個生蒜頭捽落個麵包度🧄再自己擠啲番茄肉 再加少少橄欖油同埋海鹽 食落蒜味好出 超有層次 個麵包都好脆🍅😍最後個croquette熱辣辣 入邊嗰餡料都好creamy 好好味😋·Tender Octopus Legs l Roasted Suckling Pig之後個menu本身係跟牛肉漢堡嘅 不過因為我地唔食牛 餐廳就轉左呢個八爪魚腳俾我哋 佢呢個八爪魚真係好淋滑🐙不過我自己更加鍾意佢個suckling pig 佢呢個個皮係超薄 而且好鬆化 係好似一咬就係個口到化開咁 好正🤩🤩之後個豬肉都係好完美嘅半肥瘦 食落勁邪惡 但係勁好食🐷·Two
