To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先我唔係乜乜食家, 亦唔係乜乜達人, 我份人好直接, 好味就好味, 唔好味就唔好味, 你鍾意聽就聽, 唔鍾意聽就唔好聽, 我個人就係咁樣, 所以仇家好多, 真心朋友衹得幾個。嗰晚我契哥Dog哥同埋佢老婆, 就請我黎呢間食日本嘢, 好老實講我平時好少食日本嘢嘅, 因為窮L, 所以如果唔係有人請, 我係唔會去食日本嘢嘅。嗰晚我哋嗌咗好多嘢食, 魚生、天婦羅、燒物、烏冬 ( ^u^ ) 真係好多食物, 而且樣樣都好好味, 當中我覺得最好味嘅係魚生, 而與魚生當中我最鍾意食吞拿魚同海膽, 我真係一生人第一次食到件吞拿魚真係入口會溶化嘅!! 以前聽就聽人講得多, 今次親身經驗過, 真係非同凡響! 除此之外, 嗰啲天婦羅其實都幾好味, 最起碼唔係好多油, 同放題嗰啲真係差天共地。價錢真係唔平, 不過真係超豐富超好味嘅一餐, 多謝契哥!!
