To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

果然名不虛傳，聽聞大圍有間煎肉餅飯係好出名嘅，但一直以嚟無好上心特登去食，但今日有機會行過這舖頭，即刻入去試吓，佢哋晚上7點就關門，好彩趕得切關門前叫到嘢，佢哋話最正係肉餅飯，當然要試吓佢先啦。碟飯一上枱，就俾塊煎肉餅吸引住，相當大塊，食落香口不油膩，而且佢啲豉油非常好食，真係直得推介。
