喺中環搵到間好精緻嘅壽司小店,裏面大部份嘅都係創意壽司,而且啲用了好特別,好有fusion嘅味道。Lobster roll$98當日其中一個special,有龍蝦沙律,蟹棒,牛油果,火炙三文魚,上面仲加咗啲魚子醬同埋蔥花,首先一客有8件,而且每一件嘅份量都好多,創意壽司來講非常抵食,最重要佢每個配料同其他都好夾,唔係求其將所有材料搭埋一齊,用牛油果去帶出龍蝦沙律同埋蟹棒嘅鮮味,上面嘅火炙三文魚令到成個魚油味更加香,同時加番啲葱去咁低火炙三文魚油膩嘅感覺。Oshizushi四件$48做法同箱壓壽司有啲似,都係正正方方咁,係當日另外一個special,同樣有火炙三文魚,牛油果,蟹子,同埋加咗啲芝士美乃滋同辣椒美乃滋,個壽司做到一層一層咁樣,好似漢堡包,上面有一塊辣椒,都幾辣下,我唔係好食得辣所以就拎走左佢,配返佢個有少少辣椒味道嘅汁,個辣度就啱啱好啦。Black magma$72上面有啲切碎左嘅帆立貝,拖羅蓉,仲有啲蟹子同埋啲天婦羅碎碎,食起上嚟有幾種唔同嘅口感,帆立貝同埋拖羅蓉都好新鮮,切碎左令到成個味道更加配合,唔會好分明咁。加$10仲可以配多個麵豉湯。
