To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家麵店每天早上10點便開門營業,早餐吃雲吞麵配油菜或凍飲(不用加$2蚊),可謂清新之選。否則,天天吃茶記的沙爹牛麵或餐腸腿醃製嘢(我已戒多年)真的唔多掂。外食族都可以有較健康的挑選(近月連糖都盡量戒,精糖即砂糖 Refined Sugars或任何化學嘢加工嘅Sweeteners ,真係會吃壞人不可不防)。離咗題㖭!梳Li!🌽在下每次必選淨雲吞配通菜,兩樣都要求加腩汁。這是我的其中一款低碳飲食(Low Carb Diet,即低量碳水化合物為主食)。🍌雲吞多蝦大大粒,無話使用肥豬肉粒裝假狗扮蟹嘅烹調偽術(至鬼憎👿),新鮮彈牙,腩汁湯我都飲埋。另外,辣醬都有兩款,最合嗜辣嘅食客,都頗辣。🌶通菜嫰綠爽脆無渣,加腩汁(汁都飲埋一滴不漏)最有食味,強過腐乳/蠔油。🥬埋單$32蚊Low Carb餐有菜有海鮮,好食抵食剛剛好的滿足感有食力。最重要一點係吃完沒有一點口渴,證明無MSG,真係一流!🍉我的常餐可以持續發展,食極唔厭。🥗
