To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日，為咗鍾意食特色菜嘅佢，專程嚟土瓜灣食地中海菜。餐廳細細間，好warm。好彩有book位，即使平日都坐滿人。server 同chef 都會出嚟向客人介紹菜式，而菜式非常有特色，好擅長用香料/香菜吊出令人驚喜嘅味道。 ✦ Chorizon Lamb Sausage 香煎西班牙羊肉腸佐零酒精紅酒汁羊肉腸切成細細條，感覺有啲似臘腸，但更加香濃、而且羊肉味突出。配搭酸甜蕃茄、同少許芫茜，將羊肉腸味道昇華。以pita bread包裹食，點埋紅酒汁，油香味齒頰留香。 ✦ Hallumi Cheese 鐵板煎中東鹹香芝士上菜熱辣辣、醬汁仲係bulubulu。好得意嘅芝士味，淡淡咸香、奶香味。配搭薄荷葉、青紅椒，又吊出另一番清新滋味。 ✦ Kibdeh Chicken Liver 香煎法國雞肝佐石榴汁好濃郁嘅口感及味道，煎得好香、啱啱好、外裡軟綿，用小許香草吊出鮮味。Server 解釋即使菜式偏油，使用嘅係健康油，適合撕開小片pita bread點醬汁食。 ✦ Lamb Tender Shokaf 澳洲天然草飼羊肉粒串是晚VIP, 強烈推介。首先打卡好靚，陣陣輕煙。第二真係好impressiv

是晚VIP, 強烈推介。首先打卡好靚，陣陣輕煙。第二真係好impressive地好食，羊肉大大粒、騷香、嫩滑，特別值得一提係中間夾住嘅羊尾，望落係全油脂，但一啲都唔膩，食完一啖成口都係油香味，震撼味蕾、完全唔捨得食其他嘢住。

✦ Cake El Tamir 蜜棗蛋糕伴雲呢拿雪糕
另一VIP。Cake好香、少甜、軟滑，配上奶香味濃郁嘅Vanilla icecream, 好好食。

好耐冇寫咁長嘅食評，但呢間餐廳，實在太值得。
