To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周日想食炸雞脾..去左大家樂食下午茶餐...好多人..人手又好似唔夠, 所以條人龍好似清極都清唔切咁, 等左好耐先有得食..一見到炸雞脾心知不妙+好失望, 點解咁燶㗎?! 諗住有時炸過火就算數啦...點知一食就知真係大獲...好鹹好鹹呀....塊皮鹹到苦...連雞肉都入晒鹹味. 而且好明顯細隻左好多..炸到乾晒咬落去乾爭爭...好彩個蘋果薯仔沙律都算OK....味道正常.. 至於杯汽水..比我既第一杯係無汽的..成杯糖水咁! 我懷疑佢係沖定晒享度, 所以一早已經走晒D汽..飲左一啖後頂唔順叫佢換過一杯比我..食完一次短期內唔會再黎食...感覺很差.
