To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日 朝早大約10點幾去到石門 同屋企人飲茶 為咗唔想等太耐 入左去試下 大伏 下次真係寧願等耐少少首先 員工態度差 都算 唔想多講衛生程度都真係十分唔好，店員比我哋既每一隻用具 杯 碗 碟 筷子 匙羹都係油淋淋 仲有野食跡 但是等勁耐都等唔到店員幫你更換餐具啦 唔好講落單 成餐茶 好似淨係見到3/4個員工only而且 出餐好慢 野食都好麻麻 份量又少 價錢又唔值 一籠得兩件價錢方面 其實都只係其次，但係佢整體質素，包括服務態度、衛生、等候時間、食物質素都實在唔ok！好後悔嗰時嬲得制都冇影低啲相俾大家睇，但我真係強烈建議大家諗清楚先好去食！
