肉絲兩面黄Deep-fried Noodles Topped with Shredded Pork請問設計菜式嗰個係咪唔知咩叫『兩面黃』?定印錯MENU?『兩面黃』同『肉絲炒麵』唔同㗎喎食兩面黃係用浙醋,黑蚊蚊嗰隻。。你給我紅醋應該點砂糖食糖呢?溶咗入個麵度?無分件上,得隻叉比我,教我點分呢?哈,食肉絲炒麵又真係唔使用叉金牌小籠包Signature Steamed Xiao Long Bao一夾,穿底心諗:可能係我唔識揸筷子,所以夾得衰到爸爸(全世界揸筷子最叻嘅人)一夾又穿。。。呢個小籠包個皮,唔係淨係粒椗椗個位厚係全個包皮都一樣咁厚但一掂就穿汁,有肉既鹹味,唔清甜,有脂肪凝塊🫥薑絲,6條都冇,亦冇同個醋分開上准揚韭黃軟兜Stewed Eels with Chives面頭pat蒜泥已經好錯 !!呢個菜係要用蒜泥,但是係用蒜泥去爆香黃鱔唔!係!放!喺!面!真正做得好嘅鱔,係會食到魚味🐟#魚有魚味#呢句嘢唔係廢因為真係好難做到#韭菜芽菜多過鱔肉
