To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好希望可以做返以前水準甘

呢間烤魚去過好多次，不過自從今年年頭去過兩次後就無去了，話說由舊年年尾講起，個次去已經覺得好似換左師傅甘，烤魚無甘香，成條魚爛爛地，味道都無以前甘麻甘香甘辣，叫左辣子炒雞，又係失敗，無左川菜個種香同味道，食落去得酒味，淡淡地，始終都幫襯左好多次，諗住個師傅未完全熟手，我唔甘心，年頭同一班朋友再去左兩次，叫左鉗魚，鉗魚烤得好差，條魚又係爛爛地甘，味道依然無左以前個種味，又唔夠香，辣子田雞又係失敗，好失望，曾經我同朋友都認為呢間係全港最好味既烤魚，真心希望呢間野可以煮返以前個種味道啦
