To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 葵涌廣場人氣店之一既小雨天,食客不斷.佢地既餃子同埋米線,味道都不錯,前者餡料清鮮,真材實料,後者湯底以豬骨湯和胡椒味為主,有自己既風格但風格既野,唔係個個欣賞.就好似呢度出品既蒜泥白肉,真係嚇死我.只係用上生蒜加一堆辣椒油,其他調味欠缺,真在難以認同所以黎呢度最好就只食米線和餃子
