依間舖頭嘅湯底真係令我好驚艷!!用的湯字做招牌,本身已經對佢有啲期望,一坐低就叫咗半隻椰子雞煲,雞係生的,上枱係你面前慢慢滾熟,等左大約15分鐘就開蓋食得。係等嘅期間職員拎咗啲豉油配料過嚟,有基本的麻油、蒜、芫茜果d,今次自己調得好好味,但係估唔到之後我基本上冇用過碟豉油,因為就咁用湯底打邊爐已經好好食!言歸正傳,椰子雞煲一滾起,職員就幫我地打開蓋,香氣撲鼻而來,我輕輕地用匙羹試咗一啖湯,好香甜椰子雞湯味,即刻忍唔住裝左半碗黎飲入面d雞好滑,真係半隻雞冇呃你(因為我食咗好多舊雞脾肉)打邊爐配料方面,手切牛肩胛肉半份,滿意淮山(後), 鵝腸(前) 鵝腸配椰子雞煲真係好好好好食鵝腸新鮮,唔洗煮好耐就食得,煮得耐就會過度收縮唔好食。煮大約三十秒到一分鐘,一放入口,鵝腸既肥膏味,加上湯底的椰子味、同埋浮面的雞油,好夾!所以我話點解成餐飯真係豉油都唔使點,因為只係個湯底味已經夠!三拼丸,好鍾意佢啲丸類可以合併,平時兩個人打邊爐食唔得多種類,依家可以合併就可以試多啲嘢,讚!有墨魚丸、魚腐、白魚蛋,大讚白魚蛋!爽口彈牙,好好食啊!魚腐有魚味,可能有啲人會嫌腥,不過我覺得可以啊!平時即炸響鈴就見得多,

平時即炸響鈴就見得多,第一次見即炸黃金響鈴,面頭鋪滿黃金醬,即是鹹蛋黃,就咁食好香口鬆化
試過加湯吃,淋左係另一翻風味,不過我都係鍾意就咁食嘅香口爽脆感。

一個人食一兩條就已經好夠了,有多個朋友一齊分享就好啦

我成餐飯應該飲咗有四至五碗湯底
真係好飲,平時打完邊爐會好口乾,但係今晚食完頭啖湯之後冇特別口乾,應該真係冇乜味精
