天氣開始轉凍,又係時候食雞煲打邊爐!上網搵咗呢間出名食雞煲嘅餐廳,係太和火車站行10分鐘左右,都算方便。除咗雞煲,餐牌仲有好多其他款式嘅煲。不過今次一心想食雞煲,所以就叫咗花膠雞煲(半隻雞)。同我一樣唔食得辣嘅朋友,可以試吓微辣,有少少麻味同辣味,惹味得嚟又接受到😋• 花膠雞煲(半隻雞) $228半隻雞嘅分量兩個人食啱啱好!而且花膠嘅分量都唔少,大概有6-7塊,每塊都大大塊,絕對足料。雞煲嘅醬汁係有少少甜甜地,好濃郁。雞件索哂醬汁嘅味,而且一啲都唔老~• 八妹拼盤 $82呢個好有驚喜!全部蔬菜都好新鮮~打邊爐除咗食肉,都要食啲菜先得嘅😂• 手切肥牛(小) $208打邊爐必叫嘅肥牛😂今次奢侈少少叫咗手切肥牛,牛味幾濃,而且肥瘦比平時嘅肥牛均勻。• 羊肉卷 $58呢碟羊肉幾抵食~$58份量都幾多。而且估唔到羊肉同雞煲湯底都幾夾😆• 鴛鴦滑 $108左邊白色係墨魚滑,右邊係蝦滑。兩款都好有鮮味!而且就算滾耐咗都keep到好彈牙😋• 三拼(萵筍/准山/蘿蔔)一盤有哂得我打邊爐必叫嘅配料,三樣食材都係越滾越入味,可以吸哂湯底嘅精華😋餐廳嘅飲品選擇都幾多,今次就叫咗杯凍檸柑桔($32)。味道同酸梅

餐廳嘅飲品選擇都幾多,今次就叫咗杯凍檸柑桔($32)。味道同酸梅湯有啲似,鹹鹹酸酸,入面仲有兩粒話梅😂$32大大杯,啱晒打邊爐飲。
