地址-御名軒天后電氣道22-52號金殿大廈1樓適逢銅記有半年一度大減價的活動,血拼完畢後拖住疲憊的軀殼,同一堆戰利品去酒樓度大快朵頤,好好回顧剛才的盛況。💋冰鎮南非鮑魚,佢係個木盒裡面鋪滿左冰粒,墊住D鮑魚,保證夠凍,做法好有心思又實用,佢應該用豉油加埋芥末製成,味道辣辣地,好開胃,食落都幾彈牙,唔錯。💋京式片皮鴨半隻,佢預先皮好左皮至上碟,但每塊皮面積都唔細,數量又剛好,燒得好脆身,油份都好足,配埋京蔥,青瓜條一齊食,中和返油膩感,幾好。💋大閘蟹,呢個秋涼時份當然係食大閘蟹啦,雖然細細隻,但膏份量都唔講得笑,以呢個SIZE黎講算盡左佢一生的努力了,為左報答佢,我地只好慢慢細味品嚐,蟹膏味道鮮甜好食,配埋醋一齊食,凸顯佢的層次。💋八味豆腐,佢細細粒咁,一口一粒剛剛好,炸得外脆內軟,加埋七味粉係面,所以加埋係八味掛XD,佢份量都好足,如果鐘意飲酒的話,我相信都係一道唔錯的佐酒小食。💋沙巴龍躉(一斤),條龍躉都好大條下,應該幾足秤的,唔會話蒸得太耐,嚡晒,冇咩細骨,可以放心食用,魚肉都幾滑下,魚味出眾,又有鮮味,。
