To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三個人食,叫咗五個餸,包括皮蛋做前菜、酸菜魚、薑蔥蠔、店主推介鹹蛋黃南瓜同埋椒絲腐乳通菜。每一個餸嘅份量都大,絕對夠食,酸菜魚啲魚肉好滑,個湯酸味程度啱啱好,會不停咁飲湯😂。 店主話鹹蛋黃南瓜唔係成日有,結果真係冇令到我哋失望,好快就比俾我哋清晒。薑蔥蠔同埋個椒絲腐乳通菜都好有鑊氣。食物質素真係值得推介,服務都好好,上網訂枱單寫咗對芫荽敏感,店主真係有記錄,主動問我確認,亦都真係記得每一樣送都走芫荽。唯獨是同場有一行10幾人的聚會,加上樓底矮,個個高談闊論之下,就真係好嘈😖
