To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天從新聞得知泰國放寬入境限制，入境不需再隔離，很想吃泰國菜，於是與阿仔去了此食店，order了泰式牛湯船麵及大蝦炒金邊粉。泰式牛湯船麵真材實料，竟有五粒魚蛋及牛肉七片，麵底也很多，但牛肉片略為硬了一點，相信原汁原味沒有用鬆肉粉，但湯底喝後不口渴，整體也算大碗抵食；大蝦炒金邊粉目測都有四、五隻大蝦，酸酸甜甜夏天首選，價錢不算貴，再叫了一杯椰汁冰、一杯青楞梳打，盛惠$124，下次想試吓海南雞飯，聽待應説老板做了很多了泰國菜，而且是聘用泰國廚師
