To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午個朋友打俾我話有好好的紅酒.一陣係美味廚等.我都唔知係邊自己上open rice搵.去到個朋友定了貴賓房.我們六個人個房夠大.環境好舒適.我們叫左龍蝦. 象拔蚌.龍蠆班球.這三樣野係最好味的.(但係好貴)一邊飲白酒一邊食火鍋海鮮真係好正.我們都有叫牛肉和餃子等等.(其他唔太記得)我最開心係坐舒適的環境.食到好新鮮的海鮮.飲到好正的紅白酒.
