To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午同班同事一起去食呢間茶餐廳，其實附近都好多類似餐廳，不過呢間既鋪面算企理，光線足，對比附近餐廳算係一個優點。不過點講都係一間茶餐廳，茶餐廳咁大眾化既野味道同質素都應該知係咁上下，唔可以expect太高。我同另一個同事都揀左豬扒不過一個係飯一個係公仔麵，豬扒真係好大舊好厚，表面好脆，溫度都夠熱，但裡面好似有少少未煮熟，味道OK，份量好足。同埋仲有香蔥醬汁，絕對夠味唔會淡，但就比較油膩。另外仲會附送例湯，都幾好飲而且仲有少少肉。總而言之其實水準就係一般茶餐廳，油脂同鈉一定比較高，但味道唔錯，間中食一次都無妨。
