季節料理--蒜蓉炒日本白花菇,呢個菜又係會跟季節轉嘅,嗰晚我哋就食到大大隻嘅日本花菇,菇整得好冧好入味,加入蒜蓉,增加香味。

熊本県產A+和王牛

呢個唔係普通和牛,係和王牛,極品中嘅極品🤣師傅燒嘅時候淨係加咗少少鹽同胡椒,我哋先試咗一舊原味,果然係高級和牛,入口即溶,油脂十足,好香。之後就加少少wasabi,上面加蔥片,再加酸汁 ,可以平衡返個油膩感覺。仲有一種食法,就係加西式啲嘅車厘子汁,甜甜哋,好好味。最後食埋日本甜番薯同羽衣甘藍,正。

最後係炒飯,師傅炒得好香,一啲都唔油膩,而且唔會好重味,食完一碗都唔會覺得滯,如果可以嘅話,想嚟多碗🤣同時會上埋碗湯,蘑菇雞湯,湯又係煮得好鮮又一啲都唔油。

鐵板部分上完啦,最後有四款甜品選擇,分別有柚子雪芭、抹茶雪糕、豆腐雪糕同埋蜜瓜,我揀咗柚子雪芭,酸酸甜甜好好味,朋友就揀咗日本蜜瓜,當然係勁甜啦。

好滿足嘅一餐飯結束啦,不過我哋睇到隔離有幾枱食緊omakase好似都好吸引,下次會再嚟試埋🤩今次結束咗,下次再見🤣
