To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彭慶記獲頒米芝蓮一星,食物一定有番咁上下.MENU豐富, 由小炒小菜湯羹到鮑蔘翅肚都有!今日去完養和探病同同事去試試,食左幾味小菜,味道唔錯----南乳齋煲, 好中意唔太重嘅南乳味道, 剛剛好,而且蔬菜很新鮮.海南雞, 我覺得味道太淡,可以再濃D,不過都夠滑.蒸肉餅, 好少見肉餅蒸得咁清,唔會油淋淋, 咸味足夠, 做得好好.據講晚飯更精彩,搵次試試先!!

南乳齋煲, 好中意唔太重嘅南乳味道, 剛剛好,而且蔬菜很新鮮.

海南雞, 我覺得味道太淡,可以再濃D,不過都夠滑.

蒸肉餅, 好少見肉餅蒸得咁清,唔會油淋淋, 咸味足夠, 做得好好.

據講晚飯更精彩,搵次試試先!!
