我哋好少去樓上Cafe,不過今次經朋友介紹我哋話呢間餐廳性價比好高,特別係意粉,咁我哋更係試一試!慢煮安格斯封門柳溫泉蛋扁意粉 ($128):扁意粉煮得剛剛好,好al dente! (ed小分享:意大利文,形容pasta嘅口感,即係有咬口,唔會過硬或淋身) 蒜頭、橄欖油和香草去滋潤每一條意粉,再加上日本溫泉蛋嘅加持,成件事都好滑溜,好好食!慢煮嘅安格斯封門柳,口感一啲都唔韌和嚡,好淋身 (ed小分享:封門柳,英文是Hanger Steak,係橫膈膜的肌肉,肉質鬆軟,不易韌,而且牛肉味極為濃郁,不過呢個位臊味會相對濃烈,所以好考大廚處理嘅功力) 灼燒北海道帶子刺身蒜香原條明太子扁意粉 ($116):意粉嘅質素同上面一樣,唔累贅啦。帶子和明太子都係刺身級別,好新鮮惹味🤤 帶子唔會煎得過老,外脆內軟!將原條明太子撈埋意粉一齊食,充滿鹹香,又彈牙,正!呢個真心推介,我哋覺得呢個比封門柳溫泉蛋扁意粉更為出色!手沖咖啡 ($78):幫襯得coffee shop,點可以唔試埋佢哋個手沖咖啡!我哋今次試咗哥斯達黎加出產,淺度烘焙嘅咖啡豆!飲手沖咖啡,都好考驗店員對咖啡嘅認識和了解,並基於客人嘅要求作出

手沖咖啡 ($78):幫襯得coffee shop,點可以唔試埋佢哋個手沖咖啡!我哋今次試咗哥斯達黎加出產,淺度烘焙嘅咖啡豆!飲手沖咖啡,都好考驗店員對咖啡嘅認識和了解,並基於客人嘅要求作出適當嘅推薦,就好似品酒咁!以我哋呢隻為例,主打花香、水仙、茉莉花、蜜糖並帶有少少焦糖和以酸梅作為收結,light body,好舒服😌

總結,食得出呢間餐廳嘅老闆好有心去做意粉和coffee shop,不過礙於店面比較細,星期六日想去嘅話最好12點左右就去,否則都要排隊!有興趣嘅朋友去試一試,支持下!
