Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同同事第二次來La Parole食lunch!!之前聽同事講先知原來La Parole係社企餐廳嚟,扣除開支都係support間小朋友的言語治療中心咁,係幾有意義的,所以決定再來!1點去到餐廳,好在有book定位先,因為見到都幾full下。坐低無耐侍應就拎咗Welcome Snack同Menu過嚟。Lunch menu有 3個Course揀,Starter, Main Course同Dessert。Main Course選擇都算幾多,牛、羊、魚、海鮮都齊,有選擇困難症的我都係要諗咗好一陣子先決定到~~~哈哈Starter揀咗Truffle Mushroom Tart with Parmesan Chips,啲蘑菇配松露真係好好味呀!Main Course我最後就揀咗Skewer of White Cod, Shrimp with Steamed Zucchini in a “French Fry Style” and Lemon Sauce,賣相好吸引,火候控制得好好,保留到白鱈魚同蝦嘅鮮味,個魚仲好嫩滑。另外配埋青瓜同檸檬汁,感覺好fresh。最後甜品點咗法國麵包布丁配Leonida

最後甜品點咗法國麵包布丁配Leonidas榛子朱古力醬,食到最後唔記得咗影相,哈哈。個布丁口感好軟棉棉,加埋榛子朱古力醬,好香好滑,係一個令人好滿足的甜品

總結,係食咗好滿足同好有意義的一餐!等我下次收工過嚟試埋個dinner set先~~~
