今日嚟到銅鑼灣朋友介紹這一間居酒屋竟然有新發現。這間居酒屋刺身及串燒都不錯，今日先order了這幾樣食物。這一款刺身盛 - 三文魚，帶子及甜蝦前菜日本蕃茄配牛蒡。蕃茄勁甜而牛蒡也醃製得非常之入味。，有助清一清味蕾原隻槍魷鮮味而肉質爽，一口細嘗極致鮮味豬大腸串大腸油脂味重，而且肉質都比較爽豬腰孑原來豬腰係可以做串燒！好爽甜。西班牙黑豚肩肉串肉身都非常之厚肉但又唔韌，入口爽滑。豚肉鵪鶉卷這個鵪鶉卷都非常之吸引，配以豚肉一起吃蛋味非常濃郁。一口品嚐多重滋味雞翼串外皮燒得卜卜脆，肉質能夠保留住雞的味道日本靑椒仔原來這個青椒是不辣的，而且用鹽燒的方法非常入味
