To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

菜式好多都好好食。我今日去到嗰陣,試咗佢哋嘅炒泰國金邊粉同泰式焗薄餅椰青,真係好味啊!炒泰國金邊粉係一份好大份嘅炒粉,有好多海鮮同埋蔬菜,啲金邊粉又彈牙,醬汁又好香,令人食得好過癮。而且個份量咁大,完全可以食得夠飽。另外一份係泰式焗薄餅椰青,呢個係一個好特別嘅菜式。佢哋將椰青切開,將椰肉同埋薄餅燒到香口,再灑上少少椰漿同埋椰子絲,整個味道非常濃郁同埋好食。呢個菜式相對比較清淡,但係非常適合飯後甜品或者消暑。我覺得佢地既泰國菜好有水準,而且價錢都好合理,性價比非常高
