To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下雨天,一個人係白加士街慢走竟然在盡頭看見一間很不錯的拉麵店加上雨勢有點大走進去準備吃一碗熱騰騰的拉麵 這間店很有博多屋台的感覺,廚房和客席連成一體,可以看師父幫我們製作,使人愈看愈想吃 點餐紙很細心,客人可以選擇不同配料,如麵的硬度,粗幼等等我點了一個招牌熊拉麵,不用5分鐘便從師父雙手到拿到了 吃拉麵必定是品嚐湯,湯底是濃郁的豬骨湯底,不同其他店,這裹的湯十分足料,而且口感滑溜,不像普通的水加湯而且細心品嚐可以嚐到蔬菜的甜懂吃博多拉麵一定是配直身幼麵,因為容易纏住湯汁雪雪一下滑進喉嚨 超棒的店內亦為迎合香港人口味,提供粗麵,十分體貼我點了熊秘製角煮,一上碟真是十分有份量脂肪和肉的分佈是'肥瘦肥瘦肥'入口即溶,而且吃到酒,醬油等味道真是十分大推,這個質素只需83元,十分抵食比起過百元的拉麵,我覺得熊拉麵更勝一籌
