To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我係從未試過喺openrice寫過任何評語，不過經過昨晚嘅一餐飯之後，令我想喺呢度讚一下呢間餐廳的食物、環境及格調。之前看到某雜誌介紹呢間餐廳，我俾佢地嘅裝修吸引左我去一趟。昨晚一進入間餐廳感覺到氣氛好熱鬧，燈光暗暗的，好有style嘅。坐低後睇下個餐牌，其實果刻我真係好想笑，每個名都好特別，我唔明架，不過覺得好有趣，咁喺個名下面當然有形容每樣食物裡面有D咩啦！好少見呢D咁有趣嘅餐牌，而同行嘅朋友仲反覆睇左幾次，哈哈！好喇到食物，初時覺得呢類型的餐廳只會著重飲嘢部分，點知當食物來到嘅時候，味道同配搭又幾有驚喜啵，食物較為濃味，我相信喺因為要配合西人的口味，而我自己本身都係鐘意一D較為濃味嘅菜式。嘩！D芝士無得頂！個羊架好得、有個唔知咩八瓜魚配辣肉腸好正！個甜品.....好有誠意，我最喜愛的，真係心心眼！好想試多D其他嘢，但我地得3個人，所以點嘅嘢都真係有限。下次再去試其他嘢！鐘意熱鬧同濃味食物嘅朋友不妨試試。呢度嘅食物係值得推介嘅！Arrrrrr....甜品張相唔覺意俾自己delete 左！
