To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

6點零去到，唔使等位，見到門口個牌呢期做緊南蠻丼推介就諗住入去試下。南蠻丼($72)即係雞排飯配秘製南蠻醬及他他醬，個醬汁甜甜地好好味，配上嫩滑嘅雞排，成個配搭令人非常開胃，好快就食哂成碗飯！加左$58嘅特上刺身定食，有1份三文魚帆立貝特大赤海老三文魚子刺身，海帶蜆肉湯，沙律同埋前菜，刺身同沙律ok，個湯同前菜都好好味！另外叫左個天婦羅餅丼($90)，呢個飯每日下午5點半後先供應，而且每日限定只有10客，好珍貴。天婦羅餅用料十足，味道亦都唔錯，不過比較油膩，比起其他食品較為遜色。最後不得不提$10加配嘅飲品，有汽水果汁咖啡或茶，叫左杯凍炭燒咖啡，原本$10杯都無乜期望，但點知杯咖啡係好好飲，完全唔係一般洋食屋或日本食店嘅淡味咖啡，係令人下次去都想再叫嗰隻！
