To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係OpenRice見到附近有間西餐,環境唔錯,就決定試試佢,點知非常有驚喜!我同朋友都話下次再嚟👍🏻朋友唔係食肉獸,所以我哋今日叫比較多海鮮菜式。我哋叫咗一個dinner set,額外加咗一個頭盤同意大利雲吞。份量超級足料,食材都非常新鮮。首先嚟嘅係dinner set嘅前菜同湯。餐包一嚟就有三款,唔係普通嗰啲嘉頓餐包印象即刻加分。一拎上手仲要係暖嘅,同埋麵包皮仲脆。牛角包冇咩特別,中規中矩。反而另外兩款好正,黑色嗰塊脆餅鹹鹹地,點湯食一流,最後嗰款麵包唔知叫咩名,但非常鬆軟,令我哋非常期待跟住落嚟嘅餐點是日餐湯係南瓜湯!質地濃稠,味道正常,感覺係用真南瓜打出嚟,因為仲見到少少南瓜纖維。前菜揀咗《檸汁醃蝦伴牛油果》!沙律菜新鮮,黑醋汁唔會太少太多。個ceviche有驚喜,有青瓜洋蔥蕃茄牛油果同埋蝦,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,啲蔬菜切成細細粒口感幾豐富。本身驚牛油果會好Heavy,但加埋其他配料感覺啱啱好。我哋散叫咗一個《鮮蝦布袋芝士意大利雲吞伴龍蝦忌廉汁》 $128見佢價錢唔貴,以為份量比較少。點知一上枱有六大粒,意大利雲吞皮做得比較薄,抵讚👍🏻所以邊邊嘅位置都唔會食到成口粉,呢度唔係行爆餡嘅路

是日餐湯係南瓜湯!質地濃稠,味道正常,感覺係用真南瓜打出嚟,因為仲見到少少南瓜纖維。

見佢價錢唔貴,以為份量比較少。點知一上枱有六大粒,意大利雲吞皮做得比較薄,抵讚👍🏻所以邊邊嘅位置都唔會食到成口粉,呢度唔係行爆餡嘅路線,但都足料嘅,真係會見到有蝦喺入面。調味唔會太鹹,食完都唔會好膩。我朋友好鍾意個汁,係咁用啲麵包點嚟食。

《法式香草牛油焗田螺》 $138
田螺肉幾大粒,質地彈牙!食田螺最驚食到軟淋螺肉,好彩今次無。一般黎講,田螺下面嗰啲墊底薯蓉,我都唔會食,因為一般都無味,不過今次我地食曬咁滯😋 超香牛油味超軟滑唔會太鹹,真係食到一啖接一啖停唔到。

最後我哋dinner set個主菜($248)終於嚟啦
《辣椒蒜片法國青口饑煮鮑魚意大利麵》!
意粉口感al dente,加分位🤗 有少少辣椒所以幾開胃,係油咗少少,不過叫得蒜油意粉都預咗~ 成個dish最出色就係啲海鮮,估唔到哩個價錢都食到,青口大隻,一咬落去爆汁,唔係出邊食嗰啲乾爭爭又鞋又無味。饑煮鮑魚大大隻,切開咗四件,口感軟糯入味,好味過出面好多餐廳,非常推薦俾大家🏆

兩個人加埋一$600有找,朋友食得幾開心,感覺每碟菜式都有用心諗過配搭。嗰日有好幾枱客人都喺度慶祝生日,氣氛幾好,店員會主動影相📸 朋友話下次要再嚟,因為佢已經有其他想試嘅dish🫢
