To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和好姊妹們找地方談心，便試試翠玉軒。整晚都十分舒服，服務恰到好處，重點當然是食物好吃！因為胃口不太好，我點了些開胃小食，海蜇頭爽脆，蘿蔔和牛蒡鹹鹹甜甜的十分好吃， 胃口也立刻提升呢！點了每位計的廚師推介帶子，也是一致好評 ！麵皮煙韌軟熟， 配合香煎帶子和魚子醬是享受呢～ 每客68元廚師推介的咕嚕蝦球，味道不算很突别，酸酸甜甜。不過蝦的質素很好，又大又彈牙。例牌的安格斯牛扒，想不到中式食肆有西 菜式，還配上炸洋蔥圈 喜愛牛的朋友可以試試～這個名字忘記了，是百花雞？脆皮雞裏釀入了蝦膠，很特別，也好吃。推介～想要些海鮮，但又不想叫一尾魚，於是點了廚師推介的蒸鱈魚。份量足，味道也很好， 香滑。這晚我們四人其實吃了很多，還開了一瓶玫瑰酒，合共才二千元，性價比很高。推介！
