To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日探完朋友個B, 係佢屋企附近食飯, 勁近馬鐵, 哈哈, 食完飯走既時候就好方便啦^^ 朋友話呢間酒樓好抵食架, 我入到去已經覺得呢間酒樓好靚, 門口已經有咁靚既裝飾擺設, 係到影相一流, 哈哈…..講返D餸菜先, 哈哈….真係超抵, 我地叫左個孖寶A餐, 有咸青檸蒸鮑魚, 都有6隻架, 蒸得啱啱好, 好彈牙, 再加埋咸青檸絲一齊食好FRESH^^ 另外仲有黃金脆皮燒雞-半隻, 肉質嫩滑得黎外皮炸得乾脆, 唔會過火, 勁正!! 呢2味餸都只係$218, 唔叫唔得, 哈哈….之後叫左個薑蔥鮮蠔煲$108, 大概有6隻, 蠔味鮮甜, 啖啖肉, 再加埋D薑蔥一齊食好野味, 而且味道唔會過咸, 又有火喉.跟住叫左個上湯焗美國龍蝦伴伊麵, 都只係$138, 原隻龍蝦, 啖啖肉, 肉質都夠彈牙, 味道都夠鮮甜, 以咁抵既價錢食到龍蝦真係超抵, 而且D伊麵超多, 好似唔使錢咁, WAKAKAK….. 最後我地仲叫左條清蒸生猛沙巴龍躉$88一斤, 條魚好新鮮, 因為肉質堅滑, 而且唔會有泥味, 蒸既時候都啱啱好.總括黎講呢到真係超抵食, 下次一定會再來幫襯, 哈哈!!
