To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽朋友講話呢度可以一試就同女朋友過嚟今日呢度食飯，發現這間餐廳坐得舒服而且環境好！都係坐卡位同埋梳化座位的，而且會播住音樂非常有feel今次叫咗個雙人餐有生蠔四隻，香煎鵝肝，蟹肉龍蝦湯，帆立貝茄汁意大利麵，慢煮威靈頓牛柳同埋甜品1.生蠔，我加咗108元多4隻，共8隻，生蠔質素比較高，有海水味，配埋啲醬更加好食2.香煎鵝肝外脆內軟！非常多汁。而且比較大件3.蟹肉龍蝦湯。感覺用了天然係真係熬出嚟嘅湯，有蟹肉係入面，唔會食到好制4.慢煮西班牙八爪魚薯仔沙律，都係一個開胃菜唔錯5帆立貝茄汁意大利麵，茄汁味非常重，係新鮮茄汁嘅味道！份量都正常的6.個人認為威靈頓牛扒係重頭戲，慢煮嘅牛柳非常入味唔會太乾！而且有兩大件。食到好飽

今次叫咗個雙人餐
有生蠔四隻，香煎鵝肝，蟹肉龍蝦湯，帆立貝茄汁意大利麵，慢煮威靈頓牛柳同埋甜品
1.生蠔，我加咗108元多4隻，共8隻，生蠔質素比較高，有海水味，配埋啲醬更加好食
